An exciting IT Support opportunity to work within a small team with a well-established Education/Researched focused Network Provider.
A broad role with a strong initial focus on setting up the Sydney service desk and looking for ways to eventually improve the overall IT related processes, incidents and service management framework.
As the IT Support Analyst, you should be able to provide strong helpdesk/desktop support with the view and want to act as a mentor/lead to new Support staff which will be onboarding within the next 12 months
The role will report into the Service Delivery Manager and Branch Manager.
