The Company

This company operates ANZ wide, providing document management software for Legal companies. It is a growing business, having increased revenue by 50% in the last year.

The Role

In this role you will be working as the primary technical support person desk, implementing, troubleshooting and supporting software/applications. It will involve a mix of remote, face-to-face and over the phone support to users across the business.

  • Liaising with clients to understand their requirements for the software
  • Training end users on software and supporting it
  • Knowledge and experience in SQL
  • Experience with report writing
  • Basic programming skills

About You

Having demonstrated strong experience in an IT support role, you will understand the fundamentals of a customer-focused service desk to ensure application comprehension and functionality.

You will have:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
  • Bachelors/Qualifications/Certifications in IT
  • A strong customer service mentality and drive;
