This company operates ANZ wide, providing document management software for Legal companies. It is a growing business, having increased revenue by 50% in the last year.
In this role you will be working as the primary technical support person desk, implementing, troubleshooting and supporting software/applications. It will involve a mix of remote, face-to-face and over the phone support to users across the business.
Having demonstrated strong experience in an IT support role, you will understand the fundamentals of a customer-focused service desk to ensure application comprehension and functionality.
