Our client is a highly regarded organisation, providing legal services on a global scale. The company are currently seeking a Human Resources / Recruitment Assistant to join their CBD team for 12 months on a fixed term contract.
This role will be mainly focused on managing the graduate programme.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-Managing Summer Clerk Programme
-Managing the Graduate Training Programme
-Return to Work Co-ordinator
To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic HR or recruitment professional who has exceptional work ethic and strong communication skills. Must have experience in a legal environment. You will also be able to deliver on the following:
· 4 years' experience in an HR/ recruitment type role
· "Return to work" co-ordinator experience
· Open to working outside of their specific job description
· An open, adaptable, proactive person
· Must show initiative
