Joining a well-established HR team during a period of growth, this role will be the backbone of the current team. It encompasses providing practical advice and support on HR operational matters as well as implementation of policies, procedures, awards and contracts.
Your time will be split evenly between end to end recruitment, HR reporting, project and events and performance review coordination.
