The Company

Our client is a well-known, professional services, growing company who has a few strong competitors who keep them on their toes. They are in the Sydney CBD and are now expanding and are in need of a new HR Business Partner to help them put up with their rapid growth.

The Role

This role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Provide responsive tactical and strategic HR generalist advice and support
  • create and implement best practices and common processes
  • supports the development of management capability, coaching managers on both day-to-day and broader organizational issues along with employment legislation, systems compliance and alignment with the company's philosophy, values, principles and ways of working.
  • Strategic partnership with senior leaders to find solutions to complex problems and measuring the effectiveness of strategies in driving outcomes
  • Identify potential ER, IR and related issues that may have an adverse impact on organisational effectiveness; identify, develop and recommend appropriate interventions to minimise potential risk or enhance service delivery from a HR perspective
  • In conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Team (Centres of Expertise), coach managers in recruitment & selection processes, including behavioural based interviewing techniques to ensure best practice recruitment principles, including EEO are understood and upheld
  • In conjunction with the Remuneration & Benefits Team, assist with the coordination of the annual salary review process, including benchmarking, recommendations, implementation and communications across client groups ensuring parity is maintained within job families, and remuneration policy is adhered to; ensure principles of the organisation's remuneration policy are adhered to

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have exceptional HR generalist knowledge, extensive demonstrated experience in providing strategic human resource management advice at a senior level, and extensive experience in HR management policies and innovative strategies. You will have proven experience in achieving business and talent outcomes through leadership. You will have appropriate tertiary qualifications and exceptional ability to coach senior executives through times of change.
