Our client is an iconic Retail business with a desirable Head Office in Sydney CBD. They have three distinct brands all achieving double digit growth in ANZ.
A recent change in leadership across the business has resulted in very high energy and the creation of a new Business Partnering FP&A Manager that will report into the impressive CFO.
Reporting into the CFO directly and working intimately with the Sales, Operations and Marketing teams the responsibility of this position is to deliver Budgeting, Forecasting, Planning and Analysis for ANZ. The role will council and add value to the Sales team and influence them in driving the business forward whilst maintaining a strong relationship with Marketing and Ops.
You will also manage your own improvement projects, develop new processes and mentor and develop staff around you. The position has responsibility to manage one direct report.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of planning and forecasting from development through to execution
- Prepare and present the 3-year plan, quarterly forecasting and rolling forecasts
- Leading the budgeting process
- Business partnering with the Sales / Marketing / Operations Directors and teams
- Company analysis, recommendations and trends
- Manage and develop a Business Analyst
- Review and improve existing processes
The ideal candidate will come from a high achieving background with a CA/CPA Qualification and high UAI. Experience within a fast-paced Retail firm within FP&A, Management Accounting or similar will make you stand out for this role.
Any staff management experience and current business partnering will also be beneficial.
