The Company

Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead a dynamic and growing team within the Property industry. The company continue to grow and strengthen in the market with a strong business plan in place. They have shown a huge increase in revenue over recent years and are looking for a committed and focused Finance Manager to help lead and drive the team. The Role

This is a very broad role and requires someone with strong hands on technical accounting skills and staff management experience. You will also be expected to add commercial insights on the commercial side of the finance. Your role will include:

  • Managing the finance function and statutory accounting team
  • Partnering with the Managing Director to assist with budgets and commercial finance
  • Managing and maintaining the P&L
  • Analyzing transactions and providing insights
  • Parting with division heads to help them understand their P&L
  • Looking after the Finance team and add value to the business

Your Profile

The most suitable profile for this position will be someone who is confident, outgoing and is able to liaise with multiple different levels of partners across a business. A strong knowledge of technical accounting is non-negotiable and you must also demonstrate valuable commercial acumen and business partnering skills to liaise with the stakeholders across the business. In addition you must:

  • Be locally CA/CPA qualified
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be confident and driven
  • Want to succeed and grow with the company
  • Have worked in a growing business
