The Role



As Finance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability and integrity of the company's results. Draw on your hardworking experience to implement continuous improvement in internal controls, and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company policies and procedures. Reporting to the APAC Financial Controller the role will require you to manage the finance function and will focus on;




  • Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.

  • Managing and training 4 staff members.

  • Tax reporting and inventory processing.

  • Reconciling between for 4 different entities.

  • Responding to financial inquiries by gathering, analysing, summarising, and interpreting data.

  • Providing financial advice by identifying potential complications and applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.

  • Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates.

  • Ensure all company statutory requirements are met promptly.

  • Preparing weekly cash flow statements and controlling expenditure and cash flow.

  • Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.

  • Conducting internal audits on key financial functions.

  • Examining and reviewing financial records to check for accuracy.



Your Skills & Experience




  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Finance or related field.

  • Professional certification in accounting - CA or CPA.

  • Excellent experience spanning at least 5 years.

  • Natural talent for people leadership.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationships.

  • Forward-thinking ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.

  • Able to resolve problems and conflicts and a professional and tactful manner.

  • Exceptionally high level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibility.
