The ANZ team are currently hiring for a Search Coordinator to support across two locations in Sydney and Melbourne, therefore the role could be based in either location.

As an Executive Search Coordinator, you will be the key business support to the ES Managing Directors, Principals and Associates across the two geographical locations and will have the following key attributes;

  • College graduate or equivalent experience
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
  • Effective communication skills; articulate confident and personable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to prioritise and communicate effectively across multiple requests and time conflicts
  • Able to apply discretion given exposure to confidential projects

The key responsibilities of the role will be;

Internal Reporting & Analysis

  • Creation and maintenance of all reporting for Executive Search
  • Creation and ownership of Executive Search fee schedules
  • All relative reporting and analysis from Salesforce and LinkedIn

Administration

  • Control candidate background checks and compliance
  • Executive Search documentation and communications
  • Ownership of templates and content
  • Organisation chart creation

Client Proposals and Document Control

  • Client search proposal preparation
  • Preparation of client contracts (Search Engagement Letters - SEL) (logos/images etc.)

Diary Management & Scheduling

  • Scheduling client weekly update calls
  • Arrange candidate/client interviews
  • Coordination of all logistics associated with a search project
  • Organise all travel arrangements for Executive Search team

Research

  • Carrying out research - specific to each search project (using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce etc.)
  • Creation and management of templates for information capture on all research product (names/job titles/company/sector exp/phone no./email address)
  • Flag potential business development leads to Executive Search team
