Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the Technology industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking an Administration/ Executive Assistant to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to grow their career within a company that offers flexibility and the ability to upskill.
Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Administrator with key responsibilities including:
Onboarding and offboarding
Catering and events
Scheduling and Calendar management
· 2-3 years' experience in an administration role
· Must have experience doing diary management and travel bookings
· Solution focussed and goal oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritise
· Strong communicator
· Collaborative and works well in a team
· Computer literate
· Switched on
