Our client is a highly regarded financial organisation, encompassing a fast-paced yet rewarding environment based in Sydney's CBD. The organisation has over 500 users consisting of traders and corporate staff, where you will work alongside a tenured support team to assist users, including VIPs, with any IT related issue.
Additionally, this organisation will accommodate for career progression, as you work alongside other IT departments, including security and infrastructure, handling new projects and coming face-to-face with other IT operations.
As a level 2-3 end-user/desktop support analyst, you will providing face-to-face support to a range of corporate users, for a variety of IT related issues including:

The role will have you primarily working in the main CBD office, however, you will be required once a month to go to their North Shore based site. Shifts will be rotated on a weekly basis, from 8:00am till 4:30pm or 9:30am till 6:00pm.
The ideal candidate:
To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable providing in-person support, in high-pressure situations, with ever-present time constraints. Additionally, you will have had at least 3 years experience in a matching level 2-3 IT support role, for a similar medium-scaled corporate environment.
The successful candidate will join a close-knit, social team of end-user support personnel. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney's CBD, offering an attractive remuneration package of $80,000 (including super) + on-call.
