A level 1-2 Desktop Support Specialist is required for this specialist bank, located in Sydney's busy CBD. This company provides financial products and services to a range of customers, with a strong focus in asset management and investment. With offices in over 40 cities around the world, and over 9000 employees globally, this is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable firm.
You will be providing both face-to-face and remote support to approximately 120 internal users, in a contemporary CBD office, consisting of corporate staff, traders and executives. This role will have a strong focus on customer service, where you will have to learn new skills, adapt to new internal processes and technologies unique to the company, and manage high pressure situations.
Team work will prove to be essential as you work alongside a small team of desktop support analysts, where you will need to own issues end to end.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in an IT support role, preferably within the financial services industry. You will need to be a Microsoft Certified IT Professional or similar and will need to be experienced across the following:
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney's CBD offering a generous remuneration package of $60-70K package, with the potential for bonuses based on company performance.
