This global insurance provider is looking for their next Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to join their team in their CBD office. This professional services company is one of the largest in Australia, with over 15,000 employees spread across 38 countries worldwide.
Working as a Desktop Support technician, you will be supporting over 1000 users across 2 offices located in the CBD. You will be providing hands on support for a range of troubleshooting issues, and be assisting in a companywide Windows 10 rollout, with training provided where needed.
The right candidate will need to have a strong background in providing Desktop Support for a professional services provider. You will need to conduct yourself in a calm and collected manner, whilst fixing issues promptly, for internal stakeholders of the company and senior executives.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 18 months experience in a similar Desktop Support role with the following technologies:
This position is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney's CBD offering a remuneration package of $65-75K + super.
