In this role, you will be troubleshooting and working through various technical issues and queries, offering excellent customer service throughout the entire business. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a broad role involving face-to-face and remote Desktop Support and demonstrate the following skills / experience / knowledge:

  • Windows 7/8, 10
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Citrix - ZenApp & XenDesktop
  • VMware
  • HP/Dell Thin Clients
  • SCCM
  • Windows Server 2008 / 2012
  • Networked printers
  • Cisco phone systems / videoconferencing


With 2+ years' experience in an IT support role, you will be experienced with both troubleshooting and solving problems to drive various technical solutions throughout the business.

You will have:

  • A strong customer service mentality;
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
  • A Financial Services background (desired not essential);
  • Good technical knowledge of PC's, LAN's and Microsoft desktop/server systems;
  • An ability to work in a highly virtualized environment across Windows infrastructure.
