A household name and a global leader in Professional Services Industry with 65 000 employees globally, we are on the lookout for a strong Desktop Support Engineer to support our APAC region.
Working in collaboration with our support teams across the APAC Region as a Desktop Support Engineer, it is absolutely essential that you are very confident troubleshooting Level 1-3 issues in a methodical manner at an Enterprise Level.
To be successful in this position, you will be an advanced user of PowerShell Scripting/Modification and enjoy the day to day challenges associated with PowerShell.
SCCM on an administrative level will feature in the role and you will be required to work with the global team to ensure the smooth deployment of SCCM, and troubleshoot any issues that arise in the process.

IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU?
The successful candidate will require Enterprise Level Experience, supporting users across APAC. It is imperative to have fantastic desktop troubleshooting capabilities across a range of technologies to progress in the role and be capable across PowerShell, as your scripting skills will be heavily utilized.
SCCM Administration/Deployment is a prominent element to the role to which such experience is highly advantageous, however not essential.
