As a desktop support analyst, you will be taking ownership of IT related issues end-to-end for over 100 users (including VIPs). You will be providing level 1-2 face-to-face support across:
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will need at least 3 years IT support experience, working in a small to medium sized corporate environment, supporting a similar number of users. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in the following technologies:
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney's CBD, where you will be working a 10am till 6pm shift and providing remote on-call support on weekends, once every 3 weeks.
