Our client is a specialist banking firm located in Sydney's busy CBD that provides financial products and services to a range of customers, with a strong focus in asset management and investment. With offices in over 40 cities around the world, and over 9000 employees globally, this is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable firm.
You will be providing primarily face-to-face support to approximately 150 internal users, consisting of corporate staff, traders and executives.
This role will have a strong focus on customer service, where you will have to learn new skills, adapt to new internal processes/technologies unique to the company.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in an IT support role, preferably within professional services.
You will need to have exposure to most of the following technologies:
- Windows Server 2008-2016
- Windows 7/8/10
- Microsoft Office 2010/2013
- Office 365
- Mobile devices (iPhone & Android, iPad, laptops)
- Remote access services support (Citrix XenApp 6.5, 7.0))
- AV and video conference meeting room set up
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney's CBD offering a generous remuneration package of $60-65k package.
