Our client is a reputable company within the beauty industry who is seeking a Consumer Engagement Manager to work on a part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong interpersonal skills and have an interest in the beauty industry.
Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven customer service experience with key responsibilities including:
· Manage inbound customer service calls with a professional manner
· Operational expert in digital marketing and social media
· Search engine optimization
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep up to date with the day to day business
To be successful in the role, you will be someone with very strong customer service and operational expertise in social/ digital marketing and communications. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, proactive and positive approach to work and tasks. Having leadership experience and people management experience is an advantage.
Qualifications/ Knowledge: 4+ years' experience that includes online or digital media, communications, including project management
