Unique services company is looking for multiple experienced call centre agents to join the CBD office for several ongoing projects. This is a great company to work for - a young and vibrant environment with supportive managers, an open door policy and extensive on the job training.
Working in the call centre, you will contribute to building relations with external clients and generating leads as well as bringing in revenue for these projects. On a day to day basis you will be required to:
- Make a high volume of outbound, cold sales calls.
- Input orders into company's CRM
- Make customer service phone calls
- Work with customer service and dispatch teams to promptly prepare and coordinate invoices and deliveries.
- Work with Call Centre manager to set and achieve KPIs.
You will have at least two years' experience in an outbound telephone sales role - high accuracy and attention to detail as well as strong data entry skills are a must. A high level of proven keystrokes per minute is a strong bonus. You will have an excellent phone manner and be confident and professional when talking to clients. You will be able to work without need for micro-management. You will also be available to start immediately as well as possessing the following qualities:
