Unique finance company which an incredible culture and growth potential is looking for multiple experienced customer service and call centre agents to join the team in their beautiful new North Sydney office.

Working in the customer service department, you will contribute to building relations with customers - answering their queries, helping out with post sale and continued aftercare support, as well as providing professional and well informed advice on offers and solutions. On a day to day basis you will be required to:
- Answer a high volume of calls covering all manner of issues
- Having business conversations to convert leads into sales
- Input orders into company's CRM
- Make customer service phone calls
- Work with customer service and dispatch teams to promptly prepare and coordinate invoices and deliveries.
- Work with Call Centre manager to set and achieve KPIs.
You will have at least two years' experience in an outbound telephone sales role - high accuracy and attention to detail as well as strong data entry skills are a must. A high level of proven keystrokes per minute is a strong bonus. You will have an excellent phone manner and be confident and professional when talking to clients. You will be able to work without need for micro-management. You will also be available to start immediately as well as possessing the following qualities:
