Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the Client Services industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking an Asset Support Administrator to join the Sydney CBD team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and professional candidate to be part of a highly regarded company.
Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience in Operational Client Services with key responsibilities including:
Providing administrative support to the Asset Performance team
Managing the end of term process to ensure clients understand all the options available to them
Working with your assigned clients to reconcile and finalise returned assets
Produce client analysis and contract termination reports
Identify new business opportunities through discussion and observation of activity
To be successful in this role you will-
Have experience in administration and / or compliance documentation
Have a diploma or tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or business
Be an excel whizz
Be committed to client service and personal development
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Have impeccable attention to detail
