This company is a well-known and highly successful ASX-listed education-based organization with offices in over 25 countries around the globe.
This is a newly created role working in their Sydney CBD office.
As the Application Support Analyst the role involves working as a part of a global support team to provide 2nd level troubleshooting, support, incident management, documentation and deployment for a number of in-house developed applications.
It's a highly interactive user support focused position with support requests involving troubleshooting, training or escalation to the in-house development teams.
The role also involves project work including the deployment of a brand new application to across multiple sites.

This is suitable for a customer-focused Application Support professional who thrives working in an autonomous capacity managing their own priorities.
Experience working with bespoke / in-house developed applications is highly beneficial.
Full training will be provided on each specific application, however a background in troubleshooting back-end software issues is a must.

This is a full time permanent role based in the heart of the Sydney CBD and offering $75,000 - $85,000 (plus super) - depending on experience.
