This CBD based, software provider administers a document management application to legal companies across Australia and New Zealand. Due to increased growth in their business operations, the firm needs an additional Application Support Analyst, to join their sociable team of 16.
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be assisting the company's legal clients as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line of support for any issues related to their provided software.
You will be actioning and working through approximately 10-15 tickets per day, via phone and email, for problems related to, but not limited to:
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will need at least 2 years experience in a professional services environment working in an Application Support role.
You will also need to be experienced with the following key technologies:
This is a permanent, full-time role based in the CBD, where you will be working between 8:30am till 5:30pm. This role is offering a remuneration package upwards of $65k + super (depending on experience).
