Our client is an established Resource Management company is situated within the textiles industry, reaching a global scale with over 100 sites across Australia, Asia and Europe. They are super passionate about what they do and continue service long existing customers, year on year as they now look to appoint a new Application Support to the team.
Essence of the role:
In this role you will be working as part of the Applications Team service desk, supporting and troubleshooting the internal ERP and other in-house applications. It will involve a mix of remote, face-to-face and over the phone support to users across the business.

Having demonstrated strong experience in an IT support role, you will understand the fundamentals of a customer-focused service desk to ensure application comprehension and functionality.
