Established for 25 years, this software company has developed an employee management application that offers specialized business solutions to their customers


In this role you will be working as part of the application team service desk, supporting and troubleshooting their unique application software. It will involve a mix of remote, face-to-face and over the phone support to users across the business.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Analyzing and resolving customers' software issues;
  • Using a variety of remote support applications to connect to and assist customers;
  • Installing and maintaining software and various related components when required;
  • Creating and populating customer databases.


Having demonstrated strong experience in an IT support role, you will understand the fundamentals of a customer-focused environment to ensure application comprehension and functionality.

You will have:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
  • A strong customer service mentality and drive;
  • Good technical knowledge utilizing and supporting an in-house developed applications;
