Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a leading Media company who are very well-known and respected. They are conveniently located in modern CBD offices in close proximity to public transport, cafes and shops. They currently have a project role available for a minimum of 4 weeks however this is likely to extend to a longer contract. They offer a friendly and supportive work environment and require an immediate start.
As the successful candidate you will work with large volumes of data and perform a heavy data cleansing role. Your day to day duties will include accurately reading and checking contracts, updating spreadsheets, reconciling between 2 systems and checking licenses. You will be using Excel, specifically VLOOKUP's to analyze and check the integrity of data. Other duties including reporting will be required as per your Manager.
Ideally you will be a switched on and proactive Data or Finance Analyst who has proven experience working with large spreadsheets and large volumes of raw data. On top of your high levels of accuracy and speed, you will be able to work well autonomously and have strong attention to detail. You will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills and will have experience working with a large ERP system. You will be immediately available to start work.
