Our client is a dynamic company in the legal sector experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking an Admin Assistant with a bit of accounting experience to join the Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who can multitask and have strong communication skills to apply.
Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience in Administration with key responsibilities including:
- Supporting the Accounting team
- General office admin
- Assisting in mail, email and telephone enquiries
- Managing and documenting information accurately on the management system
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has great communication skills both verbal and written, sets and achieves challenging goals and demonstrates a good level of accuracy and thoroughness. The individual must adapt well to changes in the work environment.
