The Role



Your prime concern is to manage administrative and clerical desires of the AP/Finance Department. Experience a variety as you:




  • Certify purchase invoices are properly administered in a timely fashion and to arranged quantities

  • Deal with supplier queries in a timely fashion to agreed service standards

  • Prepare pay runs on a daily/weekly basis for the team leader to process

  • To answer and resolve internal/external customer enquiries/complaints in busy periods in order to achieve business targets

  • Bank account reconciliation




Your Skills & Experience




  • Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field.

  • Extraordinary experience in an A/P role spanning at least two years.

  • Good skills in MS Excel.

  • Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent time management skills.

You are highly organised, detail oriented, and have a sense of urgency to complete tasks promptly but accurately. You have a flexible outlook and are able to take care of frequent interruptions and changing priorities. You have strong communication, customer service and social skills to resolve any queries with suppliers. You have the initiative and creative flair to offer innovative solutions to improve the A/P function.
