We are currently recruiting an excellent, varied role working for a leading Property firm who have a strong International presence. On offer is a 12 month FTC to cover a maternity leave within a company that values both internal career progression and work-life balance. They are located in newly renovated CBD offices with a dynamic atmosphere including Friday afternoon drinks and frequent team lunches. This is a fast paced role that starts immediately, however they would be willing to wait up to 1 week for the right applicant.
In this diverse position you will take full ownership of Accounts Receivable for 3 business units including daily baking, allocations and reconciliations. You will be required to manage your own ledger of accounts, maintaining strong relationships and performing daily collection calls. You will also use your excellent levels of accuracy with quick and accurate data entry of invoices into the ERP system. With your strong Accounts Payable experience you will also process invoices for 3 business units including payment runs, staff expenses and supplier reconciliations. Other ad-hoc duties will be required as per your Managers request.
Your skills & expertise
- Experience with both Accounts Payable and Receivable,
- Ability to cope within a high volume work environment,
- Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP system,
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude,
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
