The Company

We are looking for your exceptional Accounts Officer (Quality Assurance) to join a reputable organisation located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Our client is a Not for Profit organisation who has built a long lasting and impressionable brand across Australia. You will enjoy having the flexibility to choose the hours you work during the week working closely with a tight knit team who are results orientated.

The Role

Your primary responsibility is to handle the administrative and the Finance needs of the Department. As the Accounts Officer (Quality Assurance), you will be required to work 4 hours a day 5 days a week (you have the flexibility to choose the hours you work during the week), your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Your Skills & Experience

· Daily checking of value and maintenance transactions for all clients within the department

· Daily review of suspect transaction reports

  • Provide feedback to assist in the ongoing improvements and development of relevant operation procedures, processes and systems that support the delivery of high quality, professional service to all investors / borrowers

  • Timely and accurate approach to all administrative functions

  • Maintenance of various registers and data bases

  • Ensure all compliance and risk management requirements are met and or escalated where neccassary

  • Other ad hoc duties as requested by the team leads

About you
