My client is a well-established and well known organisation within the Property Industry. A market leader, they are rapidly growing within the Sydney market and have recently acquired numerous large long contracts that required additional resources within the Finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be driven to learn and develop your skills within the Finance team and in return be provided with training and mentorship that will further your career within the organisation. You will be able to work autonomously within the team as well as be open to taking on ad hoc duties and be open to taking on new projects within the team.
You will be a Degree qualified Accounts Assistant with a view to commence your CPA / CA and be committed to working within a team environment where training and mentorship will be provided. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within an Accounts Assistant role where you were responsible for the Accounts Payables and Receivables functions. You will have intermediate excel skills and be able to complete reconciliations working with complex and high volume data and be experienced with excel functions (formulas and reporting). Your communication and written skills will be strong as will your customer service skills - this role will have an element of answering incoming phones calls therefore you will be open to taking on administrative tasks as required. This is a 12 month Fixed Term contract and requires an immediate start so your availability will be able to commence within a 1-2 day period.
