Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a leading IT Services organisation who are conveniently located in Sydney's CBD. This company is going from strength to strength in their field and offer a dynamic and close-knit working environment. They are looking for a tenured candidate to join them and cover a 12 month maternity leave cover with an immediate start.
As the successful candidate you will report into a supportive Manager and will perform duties that include:
- Accounts Payable including processing of invoices,
- Following up invoices for payments with customers,
- Basic Accounts Receivable,
- Customer order entry into ERP,
- Reviewing of contracts,
- Administration duties as required.
As the successful candidate you will be a hardworking and professional Accounts Clerk or Officer. Ideally you will have experience with end to end Payables and will be confident with the basic Receivables tasks. You will have high levels of attention to detail and naturally will have strong common sense and will work well independently. You must be immediately available to start work.
