Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and processing of end to end payroll
  • Receive and answer payroll related queries
  • Maintenance of employee personnel files
  • Preparation and posting of payroll journals and month end processing
  • ADP Payforce is their payroll system. They use Kronos Workforce Ready for our time and attendance system for EBA staff
  • They have 600 field staff employed under EBA's and award (Building and On-site Construction Award) paid weekly and 400 salaried staff paid monthly
  • There are 9 in our team consisting of General HR, Payroll and EHS.

Profile:

  • ADP system experience desired
  • Highly experience in end to end payroll
  • Experience in systems integration projects or systems improvement
  • Look at things and suggest improvements in the process and efficiency
  • Good understanding of EBA interpretation preferred
  • Initiative, are driven to succeed and have potential.
