Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different? In this dynamic role you will support the Payroll department in a variety of clerical duties. You will be responsible for the end to end processing of 800 employees weekly and 400 monthly, set up all new starters and terminations, maintain Kronos pay rules to reflect the requirements of EBA Awards, Single Touch Payroll File uploads, various Payroll reports including costing and leave reports, liaising with employees and answering all payroll enquiries, interpreting and applying relevant EBA's, workers compensation payment calculations, LSL return and claim, Handle PAYG, Payroll Tax and Super as well as assist with process improvements and Ad-Hoc tasks as required.
Your Skills & Experience
You are a self-starter, who is just as comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Your time management skills are extraordinary, and you have an exceptional eye for detail. Your creative flair allows you to offer innovative suggestions to improve payroll processes, and you relish the challenge of learning new systems and sharing your know-how with junior colleagues.
