They now seek an Administration Manager on a permanent basis due to growth. The Administration Manager will have a wide range of accountabilities and responsibilities which will be driven from managing a team of 4. This team manages reception, supplies for the office from stationary to maintenance, provides sales support, and all the general upkeep of a well-functioning office.
The current team are worked very cohesively and respectfully, and are ready to take all their careers to the next level with the mentorship and coaching of an Administration Manager.
As the successful Administration Manager, you will have a minimum of 3 years management experience, in a similar style role. Advanced communication skills both written and verbal are required as well as being highly organized and having the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Experience with internal process management projects and ERP knowledge will be highly desirable.
