This role is a 9 day fortnight, with daily hours of 9am - 4pm, and half an hour for lunch.
This role will be highly versatile so flexibility is vital for the right candidate, the duties are as listed below but by no means is this a complete list.
- Provide administrative support
- Help produce reports, proposals and briefs
- Coordinating meetings and organizing schedules
- General administration
- Preparing various documents for presentation - high powerpoint, word and excel skills required
- Record maintenance
