This not for profit organisation is seeking a friendly Rostering Manager to join their team. This role is great for someone who enjoys working for a company that contributes to the community and works towards a good cause.
Reporting directly into the CCO, your role will involve:
- Rostering and coordination of employees
- First point of contact for clients and employees regarding rosters and changes
- Updating client and employee information
- Providing advice to employees regarding EBAs, awards and legislation
- General customer service to clients and employees
- General administration
To be successful for this role, it is essential you have recent experience in a high volume rostering position. You will pride yourself on your calm and professional nature along with your ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
You will enjoy working in a busy environment and working in a social and supportive team. This is a great opportunity to work with a great organisation.
