Based at Inala, this organisation seeks a down to earth, well presented and adaptable Receptionist to join the team for a minimum of 3 weeks. This company has a close-knit team, fun yet hard working office culture and are looking for a candidate to fit in with the overall office.
Reporting to the Office Manager, some of your daily duties will include:
- Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
- Prepare agenda's for meetings
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
- Organising meeting rooms
- Organising travel for staff
- Organising catering
- Data entry
- Preparing documents and letters
- Providing other administration support to the Office Manager
You will have recent Reception experience preferably within the transport industry. Our client is looking for a candidate with a bright and bubbly personality who is looking to work for a supportive team and happy to pitch in where needed.
For this position, we are seeking an experienced Receptionist with more than 2 years' experience in a similar role who can also provide administration support. You will need to be able to multi task, take responsibility for your work and love Reception.
