Based on the South Side, this organisation seeks hard working and high experienced Receptionist to join the team until January 2017, with the high possibility of extension. This company has a great office culture and are a close knit team.
Reporting to the Office Manager, some of your daily duties will include:
- Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
- Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
- Organising meeting rooms
- Organising catering
- Booking meetings
- High volume of data entry
- Preparing documents and letters
- General administration
You will have a bright and bubbly personality along with experience using Outlook and MS Word. You will have strong written and communication skills. Someone who is also experience in high volume data entry and a busy Receptionist desk is ideal.
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist whom has more than 2 years of Reception work under their belt. If you love Reception and enjoy being the face of the company then apply now!
Our client is looking for someone who can work up until Christmas and then again in early January! You must be available during these dates.
