Based around Logan, this leading dealership is seeking an experienced Administrator to assist in the invoice processing of new and used cars. This role will be for a minimum of 8 weeks however there is opportunity for extension.
Reporting to the Dealership Principal, some of your daily duties will include:
* Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls
* Processing deals of new and used cars * Manage the invoices
* General filling
* Updating Systems and general data entry
* Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, laminating etc.
You will be corporately presented and MUST have experience working in a dealership. You will have strong communication skills. We are seeking an experienced Deal Processor that can hit the ground running in the role. If you are excited for a new opportunity in a great team then this is an opportunity for you!
You will be immediately available and have your own reliable transport. Only those that have recent dealership experience will be considered for this position.
