Based at Browns Plains and Mt Gravatt, this organisation seeks a well presented, experienced and adaptable Receptionist to join the team for a minimum of 3 months. This company works hard to sustain their business and reputation, so they are looking for a Receptionist to work hard and bring something fresh to the team and clients.
Reporting to the Office Manager, some of your daily duties will include:
- Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
- Organising meeting rooms
- Organising travel for staff
- Organising catering
- Data entry
- Preparing documents and letters
- Providing other administration support to the Office Manager
You will have recent Reception experience preferably experience in temping positions. Our client is looking for a candidate with a bright and confident personality who is looking to work for a team that is busy yet supportive and happy to pitch in where needed.
For this position, you must live locally and have your own reliable transport. You will be able to commit for 3month period and be flexible with working hours.
