Based on the South Side, this organisation seeks a down to earth, well presented and bubbly Receptionist to join the team for a minimum of 3 weeks. These offices boast a bright and cheery feel, with down to earth staff. Our client is looking for someone who can use a computer based Reception desk.
Reporting to the Office Manager, some of your daily duties will include:
- Meeting & greeting visitors and clients
- Answering a busy switchboard (3 different lines)
- Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
- Organising meeting rooms
- Organising catering
- Booking meetings
- Data entry
- Preparing documents and letters
- General administration
You will bring a friendly and approachable personality to the role. The successful candidate will have experience using Outlook and MS Word as well as have strong written and communication skills.
