Based in Parkinson, this organisation requires a well presented and responsible Receptionist to join the team for a minimum of 4 weeks. This company prides itself on being organised and putting their clients and customers first therefore they are seeking someone with a bubbly and confident nature.
Reporting to the Office Manager, some of your daily duties will include:
- Answering all inquiries of customers and clients
- Meeting and directing people in the office
- Correspondence through phone and email
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Collecting and redirecting mail
- Data entry
- Preparing documents and letters
- Assisting staff as required
- General ad hoc
In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience as a Receptionist within the past 12 months and have your own form of reliable transport.
Ideally you can work autonomously and be able to represent yourself in a corporate manner. If you have a calm and personable nature then this is the company you want to work for and build on your temporary resume.
