This is a great opportunity for an experienced, professional AR Officer to utilise your high volume AR skills with a leading professional services organisation. This is a rare temp-to-perm opportunity based in the Gold Coast.
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working with an experienced team, your end to end AR duties will include:
- Generate invoices and account statements
- Receipting and allocations of payments
- Daily banking
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control
- Assist with customer queries
- Maintaining and updating ledgers
- General AR admin as required
As the successful candidate, you will be experienced in end-to-end Accounts Receivable processing within a high-volume environment. You will be team oriented, happy to help others and have thorough accuracy skills both alphabetical and numerical. You will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and ideally have worked within professional services previously.
This is a high-volume role and with end of year looming, you will be able to hit the ground running and happily work 'heads down bum up' when needed.
