A well respected agency specialising in the commercial financial division operating for over 70 years. They pride themselves on their customer service skills, providing 24/7 support to their valued clients. Working in a dynamic team of seven, you will be the first point of call providing frontline support using high quality customer service skills. It will be a diverse role including support for Active Directory, Citrix, Office 365 and Exchange in a Microsoft Environment. ITIL understanding is beneficial as well as experience around ITSM Systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
You will possess effective troubleshooting skills with previous experience working in a commercial helpdesk environment desirable. You will manage End User Compute incidents, problems and issues for their ICT services providing friendly & quality support for all users escalating issues to a field services support team when necessary.
