Working in a dynamic team, you will be the first point of call providing frontline support using high quality customer service skills. It will be a diverse role including support for Active Directory, Citrix, Office 365 and Exchange in a Microsoft Environment. ITIL understanding is beneficial as well as experience around ITSM Systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
You will possess effective troubleshooting skills with previous experience working in a commercial helpdesk environment essential. You will manage End User Compute incidents, problems and issues for their ICT services providing friendly & quality support for all users, escalating issues to the senior infrastructure team when necessary.
