Immediate start for a talented Helpdesk Analyst to work with a well-known organization on a contract basis. You will support multiple users in an enterprise environment. The team is energetic, dynamic and passionate about customer service.
Logging all tickets through Service Now, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. You will follow company processes and procedures in accordance with the ITIL framework, liaise with key stakeholders to minimize potential problems and contribute to the help desk database.
Communication is key as you will be carrying out support to users over the phone and email. This is a contract role with an immediate start available for the right person.
Level 1 Helpdesk, working with Windows and in an ITIL environment is essential.
You will be encouraged to pick up new technology and constantly expand your skill set.
