This reputable company operates on a nation-wide front, dealing with numerous clientele across their IT department. They pride themselves on establishing lengthy relationships with the companies they work with, delivering results with a unique level of assurance and success for over 30 years, as well as looking after their employees.
Join a professional team of eight that work on a national helpdesk looking after more than 100 companies. You will form strong relationships with your clients working closely with your team to provide high quality technical support. The role will initially begin as a 6 month contract with the likelihood of transitioning into a permanent member of staff.
Supporting various clients primarily around Microsoft; Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10. As well as Active Directory, someone who has had full domain access rights will be highly regarded, as well as understanding around Exchange and Citrix. Familiarity around "Service Now" or "Heat" ticketing system is advantageous along with any previous project work around Office 365 migrations and any Windows deployments. You will have strong customer service skills, as you will be providing a variety of phone and remote support.
