Working in a team of ten providing first line support using high-quality technical abilities. It will be a varied role, with day to day duties including; maintaining desktop security, rebuilding desktop & laptops, working Service Level Agreements to ensure appropriate service operations are fluent, as well as ensuring patching & wireless configurations are correctly aligned. There will be a project based component to the role including involvement in a Windows 10 deployment, this will involve being actively involved in the assignment & providing support post completion.
You will have a strong Microsoft Windows troubleshooting background with, ideally previous support in a commercial environment. You will be supporting users with; Active Directory, Office 365 and Exchange. There will be Field Service support for all End User Compute equipment. Familiarity with previous enterprise application support will be advantageous as well as previous exposure to IT Service Management tools such as "Service Now" or "Remedy." Our client is looking for a motivated individual who is able to work as part of an energetic team.
