Based in Brisbane's Southside this Manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced Administration Officer for a temporary role until June 2017. This small organisation is a close knit team that works hard to go home at the end of day knowing the work is done. There will be a handover period to ensure the successful candidate can take on the role autonomously.
They seek a highly experienced and confident individual to start immediately!
your responsibilities will include;
- Answering telephone calls
- Accounts payable and receivable using MYOB
- Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Credit card reconciliation
- HR support
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Printing, filing and faxing
- Invoicing and receipting
- Data entry
- Outlook calendar management
- Extensive software skills are required
The successful candidate will be strong willed and confident in knowing what tasks needs to be completed first. You will have great time management and communication skills along with experience booking travel and accommodation.
Prior experience working in temporary roles would be highly advantageous, as our client needs a candidate who is able to hit the ground running and pick up any new skills quickly. This role will be mostly autonomous, so being able to work individually in a role is essential.
You will be available to start immediately and have your own reliable transport.
