The Company


We are seeking an immediately available Administrator/Receptionist for a very reputable car dealership. Based in Moorooka, this is a great temporary opportunity for an individual who is excited to use their already developed skills. The company is searching someone to assist in managing the front office whilst offering friendly and professional service to both clients and customers.


The Role


Your responsibilities would include:



  • Meeting room bookings

  • Meet and greeting of all clients and customers

  • Invoice Processing

  • Deal Processing

  • Answering all incoming calls and taking down detailed messages when required

  • Filing and overlooking document compliance

  • Processing car registrations

  • General administration


Your Profile


The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role within a corporate car dealership. You will be a highly organised and professional, with a bight personality, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. You will have experience processing car registrations and have the ability to multi-task while working in a busy environment.
