The Company
Our client, a well-known company based in the South East for their products and services. Seeking an experienced Senior Office Manager to join their small dynamic team with an excellent team culture and fantastic benefits, this is a great opportunity that won't last long!

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director you will manage your day by completing the following tasks:

  • Day-to-day management of administration
  • PA to the Senior Management Team
  • Review and updating policies and procedures
  • Main point of contact and the "Go to" person
  • Ensuring supplies are fully stocked at all times
  • Recording office expenditure and managing the office budget

Your Profile
You will have excellent time management skills, efficient in Microsoft office, and previous experience in a corporate role along with an understanding of OH&S practices and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
